Extract from Mr and Mrs Butler case study
"Tim Craig arranged for Mr and Mrs Butler to utilise the alternative accommodation element of their home insurance policy while the claim was formulated, agreed and settled.
Tim Craig project managed the refurbishment of their property, dealing with suppliers and contractors to ensure the matter was dealt with swiftly and with as little fuss for the Butlers as possible.
Mr & Mrs Butler expect to be back in their home early in 2011."

Tim Craig
Tim started out as a mining engineer in Lapland, however, Tim decided that working underground was not one for him and he moved on to become a Quantity Surveyor working with a private practice, whilst studying at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN).
Whilst Tim was working as a Quantity Surveyor in private practice, one of his clients (an Insurance Broker) asked him to assess a fire damaged property. It was whilst working on this case that Tim realised that there was a niche opportunity for a professional to act on behalf of the policy holder following an insured peril. Fifteen years on we now have 14 Insurance Brokers regularly recommending us to their clients.
